Who is behind IURIO?

Our Mr. Workflow, book author, lawyer, CEO and Co-Founder Arnold Scherabon with his Co-Founder, software developer and CTO Patrick Hofmann. The two founded IURIO in 2017 to digitize and revolutionize law firm workflows. Linde Verlag is a co-partner and invested in IURIO in September 2022. Together, we will drastically simplify the working lives of law firms and companies and save employees a measurable amount of time.

How do I get my clients on the platform?

The success triangle is the answer to this question: the right workflows with the right functions for the right employees and for the right customers.

1. As workflow consultants, we examine together with our customers which workflow is worth being specifically digitized or digitally optimized or simplified.

2. The employees are the foundation for the digitization of a law firm and therefore the employees are trained task-specifically, professionally and individually by our customer success specialists and are involved from the beginning. Because only if your employees are convinced by the collaboration suite, they will also convince their customers.

3. Companies simply expect digital collaboration before placing an order and no longer see their law firm as a pure service provider, but as a technology consultant and network interface. We have developed a sophisticated onboarding methodology that has been proven since 2017, including the highly successful onboarding of clients to the collaboration suite. We'll tell you more when you become a customer and in the questions below.

How long does onboarding take?

It's all different. Individuals, small law firms and small companies can use IURIO for internal and external collaboration after just 45- 60 minutes, depending on the task. While mid-sized and very large law firms or companies go through a multi-step professional onboarding process depending on the workflow, locations involved and active number of employees.

Our collaboration suite is based on conditioned behavior. So just as we are used to using well-known products such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, WhatsApp, etc., our customers and their users can also control IURIO. In our tests, we found that even older users, such as a 75-year-old man, could sign a document digitally without any training and without knowing IURIO beforehand. The simplicity and intuitive usability of IURIO stands out more and more compared to other worldwide known products.

The top priority is the knowledge transfer into your company and of course the piece by piece introduction in the company, adapted to the employees and customers, as soon as possible.

Is the solution audit-proof?

Yes, IURIO is also used in tax consulting and auditing, where audit-proof storage of data and information is essential. IURIO does not forget anything, even if you as a user only view a document. With the project report IURIO records all activities of the user since the creation of the customer fully automatically and highly secure. Of course, the project report can be created comfortably at any time with just a few clicks.

How does IURIO differ from other collaboration platforms?

IURIO thinks in workflows and not in functions. With IURIO, you bundle all the isolated applications that are important to you into one collaboration suite, without having to forego relevant functions. Of course, the whole thing is 100% GDPR-compliant and meets all professional requirements, while at the same time being extremely easy to use.

IURIO was developed by a lawyer and a software developer for lawyers. With Linde digital (Linde Verlag), IURIO has concentrated know-how and a strong network in the field of tax consulting and auditing. So we at IURIO have a deep understanding of the workflows, challenges of our customers and thus recognize market opportunities faster than others.

IURIO is client-side encrypted, uses the most proven and modern security technologies such as FIDO2 and is operated on multiple ISO certified servers. We work with renowned partners such as Exoscale and have our servers located in Munich, Frankfurt, Vienna or Lausanne, depending on the customer. IURIO has been developed with the security-by-design concept since its inception.

You can use IURIO on-premise or in the cloud and the best thing about it: you don't have to limit yourself in terms of storage, users, data rooms, digital signatures, etc. You can buy total solutions all-in for your company, for your law firm or you can get a customized package at a FIXED PRICE per month.

How can I map my workflows in IURIO?

Together with the IURIO workflow team, you discuss in advance which workflows are worth digitizing or digitally optimizing. Together, we identify the functions that are necessary and important for the workflow and understand which employees and customers are involved in this workflow.

Based on this survey, a wide variety of tools are then available to you in your IURIO collaboration suite. You can use the IURIO task board, digital signature or automatic notifications and many other tools to conveniently digitize and specifically automate your workflows.

Will my employees and clients really use IURIO?

We understand these thoughts very well because we have been hearing them again and again from our customers in the run-up to the business relationship since 2017. The question can be answered quite simply with a yes. The prerequisites are:

1. A professional consultation with us in advance and the involvement of your employees from the beginning.
2. A mandatory personal or online onboarding with us.
3. An active cooperation with us as well as a live test with at least 2 clients in the first month.

The experience of our customers shows that, among other things, this almost guarantees an active and profitable use for you.

Where are IURIO's servers located?

The servers are located in Munich, Frankfurt, Vienna or Lausanne, depending on the customer. IURIO has been developed with the security-by-design concept since its foundation, therefore data protection and your information or data security is enormously important to us, especially due to our customer target group. The data always stays in Europe.

How long does it take to implement IURIO?

Since IURIO is sold primarily as a cloud solution, it takes a maximum of 1 hour to set up the server and you can already start working with your new IURIO collaboration suite.

For the on-premise solution, the effort depends on several factors, including your technical resources and the ability to meet our quality criteria.

Is IURIO also available on premise?

Yes, of course. If you meet the IURIO quality criteria, you can also use IURIO on premise. However, the vast majority of customers use IURIO as a highly secure cloud solution.

Is there a Sync. Client?

Yes, soon. We are in the testing phase and will notify our customers when we make the new feature available to all customers. With the IURIO Sync. Client you will be able to synchronize folders and files with your computer, allowing you to access the information you need securely and, most importantly, even faster.

Do you interface with my law firm software?

Yes, we are currently working with our partner Linde Verlag on interfaces to the relevant law firm software programs in Germany and Austria. Status information on this will follow regularly in the near future.
