IURIO was founded in 2017 by two friends to revolutionize the legal and tax industry. As a constantly growing scale-up with home base in Graz, we work with smart and ambitious people every day, regardless of location and tirelessly to digitize, automate and optimize the workflows in companies and law firms more securely, easily and conveniently.
The concept of a highly secure digital collaboration platform for law firms is still on Patrick and Arnold's mind. After countless intensive discussions and workshops, it is clear that potential law firm clients would be very happy with the solution and are threatening to place orders. That's why Arnold and Patrick start the ambitious project and found Legal Tech Services GmbH at the end of the year.
The very challenging start-up phase has begun and concepts are becoming professionally developed solutions and the collaboration platform IURIO is developing more and more into a mature product, also thanks to the many inputs of strong partners, interested law firms and customers.
What initially presented development with extreme challenges and was smiled at by many in passing is now really paying off. The Security by Design approach with its complex technical challenges, especially in the area of encryption, can also convince the FFG. IURIO is one of the few lucky companies to receive a high six-figure grant for the further development of the highly secure platform.
The technical development is further professionalized and investors and potential partners show great interest in IURIO. The first interfaces to law firm software manufacturers are being developed and have already been integrated. The EU can also be convinced of the innovative solution via the Horizon 2020 program and also supports IURIO with a grant.
In the meantime, many large law firms and large companies are also benefiting from the IURIO platform. Tax firms are taking a great liking to IURIO, especially because the collaboration suite can be used by them in both areas of focus: tax consulting and auditing. The pandemic initially causes many companies to freeze and then leads to an intensive firing up of digital awareness and thus economic growth as it progresses.
Thanks in part to its customers, IURIO is increasingly becoming a customizable, modular collaboration suite. Now the task is to take the economic momentum with them, to further build up, expand and professionalize marketing, distribution, sales and customer service. The plan is working and the success story will enter a new chapter in the fall with a strong, strategic investor: Linde Verlag and Linde Digital.
In addition to the pan-European signature, a video call function and a proven solution for notaries, a new M&A and due diligence solution is released, IURIO Insights sees the light of day and the eagerly awaited new website goes live. New interfaces are diligently tested and rolled out with customers and the project business is further expanded. This year, the cooperation with Linde Verlag is decisively deepened and work on the joint solution for highly secure, convenient and efficient collaboration in law firms and companies continues.
